The European Union says its allies shared intelligence that Iran had supplied Russia with ballistic missiles and warned of new sanctions on Tehran if the deliveries are confirmed.
Russia said late on Sunday its forces advanced in eastern Ukraine as Kyiv reported deadly air attacks and urged the West to allow it to carry out more retaliatory strikes inside Russia.
